We used "zone festival " for our annual festival "ZoneFest "

I liked how easy it was to use! It's very user friendly as well so there wasn't anything that really annoyed me about using this software either (or maybe i just didn’t notice). There were some glitches here or another but nothing major at all - which is good because you can always fix those little problems yourself with no help from anyone else :) The only thing we disliked most of everything in general would be their pricing structure they have set up where if your not paying yearly…

Pros
  • You get what exactly need without any extra stuffs added along side them !!! They don" tell u much information until necessary..it should b done automatically by system itself once someone submits ticket..i know its hard sometimes cuz everyone wants more info before submitting request...but thats something every
