Some of the reviews bothered me, but I was pleasantly surprised to find instructions printed on the bottle explaining how to use this product properly. This way you avoid splashing oil on yourself. However, I'm hoping the tiny lid is stronger and fits better than the oil dripper that came with my old sewing machine that dripped all over the accessory compartment.

This company, "Sharp Sewing Supplies", has paid special attention to the packaging of this product. Other reviews from various places had issues with the cap falling off, but Sharp Sewing made little niches in the box and kept each bottle safe. I'll try to post a photo if possible. I have 4 of these and it's very nice to get into those nooks and crannies where it needs to be oiled, but climbing up there with a regular oil dispenser is a chore. so it doesn't bend or break, and when you pull it all the way out I've never had a leak.
