Quantum perms are formulated with Equalizer 3 Conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curl formation. Our advanced conditioning neutralizer is infused with Argan Oil from Morocco to add weightless shine and brilliance for manageable, healthy looking curls. No test curl or dryer heat required. Quantum Firms is ideal for clients with normal to resistant, fine, gray or tinted (up to 20 volume) hair, and hair with varying porosity.

Terrible! Best in Hair Care

This product did nothing, no frizz, hair was still straight and not wavy. I will not recommend it to anyone and will never buy again!

soft curls: hair care

have been using this product for many years. I love the softness of these curls and they don't make my hair frizzy. I use large perm rollers.

Very little solution left

The purple box that contained the solution appears to have been crushed and most of the solution has leaked out, the rest cannot be permed. What now?

Great curling set for home curling kits

It was easy to use. I have all white thin hair and it hasn't harmed my hair. The permanent is fantastic! had to do it myself due to the closure of Covid-19 salons.
