Good phone works with free phone line

Good phone. It can be used with government support. I haven't tried the fingerprint reader so I don't know if there is one and how well it works. Overall a nice phone

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Excellent phone for the money

Bought this for my wife as a second phone. Searched all cheap (cheap) phones. Found to be one of the best values for $$$. Fast, tidy storage and comfortable in the hand. Decent camera, although even an 8MP would look great on any of the newer screens unless you want to type, which I don't, otherwise a decent camera. Used here in Mexico on a TelCel SIM card as a global phone with no problems. Aftermarket cases are available, they fit perfectly and all knobs are present. Fast charging but not…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • No instructions

Doesn't work for Hidalgo County, Texas subway computers

I bought this phone for the price and to connect to Hidalgo County, Texas subway computers . The box arrived well, it wasn't sealed when I opened the box, the phone was in a plastic bag, the instructions were in Spanish, nothing in English, and the setup was also in Spanish. After setup, I go to the Metro pcs website to try and switch my old phone to the ZTE Blade A5. It asks me to enter the phone's IMEI number for the ZTE Blade A5 but it keeps saying the IMEI is invalid. I try so many times…

Great for $100 Best in Cell Phones Category

I bought this phone to replace a ZTE Blade that I gave to a friend in the 70's. It has TMobile service and used a 1st or 2nd generation MetroPCS Blade with 6-inch display, USB-C port and fingerprint reader and 4000 mAh battery. Four years ago, the subsidized cost of this phone was also around $100. My girlfriend recently switched to Visible (Verizon CDMA) and bought a Blade A7. This is an awesome phone, but it costs $79. was about half of actual market value. Full disclosure, I love ZTE and own

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • poorly thought out
