Very disappointed as there is no hardware or mounting options

The box is fine - it is what you would expect, a plastic box with a lid. I was very disappointed in the lack of screws for brass inserts. It would cost an additional 3 cents to include them. There are also no legs for wall mounting, which is what most people buy it for. Drilling out the floor for mounting will reduce the weather rating without the use of silicone sealant after mounting. I will not buy again.

Works great in electrical

Used to house a DC boost converter. It was easy to drill both sides for wiring. Fits perfectly. I like the metal straps, I can connect one of them and it leaves enough space for the necessary ventilation during use. Provides a clear view of the boost converter's operation and protects it from dust and dirt. At around $20, this is definitely one of the best boxes you can buy. Excellent quality.

Non-standard use of the product

I bought this box to use as a safety device. I have a small shower and a Moen single-lever mixer. I've hit or elbowed a faucet handle too many times and experienced sudden changes in water temperature. I decided it was time to look for a good, durable plastic case to cover the faucet handle. This works great for me and now I'm pretty sure the only way to change the water temperature is to do it on purpose. Thank you Zulkit!
