Get a vacuum that isn't "hoover safe". The rubber frame of the filter broke when cleaning it after a single use. The original Hoover lasted for years.

I got this from the manufacturer for less than a unit and it's the same. It doesn't interfere with absorption, although it doesn't have one of its own. Simply rinse to clean.

I had 2 sex partners and liked them very much. However, this filter is not a good replacement for the original. I've never had a problem with mold on the original. The replacement has mold growth after each use. I suggest letting it dry completely in the sun after spraying it with bleach and Dawn. I would not recommend buying this product.

I have used a Hoover floor mat for over four years. Great for washing and reusing, this filter will keep Floor Assistant working at its best. When your filter goes bad, your buddy isn't cleaning as well as it should. We had an issue with ours that didn't leave a super clean finish. When I checked the filter I noticed it had cracks, we replaced it with this one and now it's amazingly clean again. Thanks new filter!
