This is my favorite knife for fruit and vegetables and also for degreasing meat. I like giving it away because very few people have it, but once they have it it quickly becomes a favorite.

I've recently added this to my Henckels Twin Pro collection and it's a great addition. The curved blade is very effective for both slicing and coring apples. The handle is well made and the knife is very comfortable to use. These Henkels Twin knives are very sharp and stay sharp.

As a child I watched my mother use a similar kief. I never knew what it was for and when I saw it after buying other Henkels knives over the years I decided to give it a try. I use it for everything, especially peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables. Great knife and now I understand why my mother used her knife so many years ago.

I used this knife at a friend's house. The balance is excellent. We can say that this is a quality knife. The small tip is ideal for pitting strawberries. The slightly wider area at the base is suitable for peeling thin-skinned foods such as potatoes. It is necessary that those who pick strawberries remove the core and freeze. I liked it so much that I'm going to buy one. You can't buy something like this at your local store.

I actually received this knife for the first time in a large set of Henckel knives. I really like the knives, the henckel is as good as it gets and I love the look and feel of the Pro S series. I wasn't sure I would like the hook design but after using it I did , I have to say I really like it. It's great for peeling (which is what it's actually made for), but I also love using it for slicing and slicing all sorts of things (pretty much anything smaller that I usually cut up with my hands)…
