As a frequent home and kitchen entertainer, I was excited to try these wine glasses. However, as my tests showed, the double-wall feature is nearly useless as it barely keeps the wine at the desired temperature. Additionally, these glasses are very fragile and not practical for everyday use.

Despite the description of these glasses as being durable, they can suddenly "explode" if they hit a hard edge. However, having lived with glass for many centuries, we expect this experience. Great looks and workmanship aside, this is a great set of functional wine glasses. I've bought beer glasses before and loved them so I bought them and I wasn't disappointed. They really do what they say - my red wine "slightly colder than room temperature" was kept at the perfect temperature while I drank my glass. Good product and money well spent.
