Look at the seller's photo. In each of these connectors, the wires change color as they are passed through. This essentially reverses the polarity. One of the five I ordered was wired this way and blew my circuit board. They don't seem to have passed any quality control.

The tab broke on the first attempt to disassemble the connector. I was able to disassemble the second connector by very gently prying up the tab just enough to dislodge it. I would not recommend them for applications where you need to disassemble the connector frequently. I can only imagine how brittle the lugs get after being exposed to the elements for a while.

These 4 wire ZYTC connectors are as durable and waterproof as the OEM connectors you will find on any car or truck. I am impressed with the quality of materials and build quality of these connectors. I would buy them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dust and water resistant plug.

3-pin waterproof connectors do not come with instructions. If you've worked with an electrician, you'll understand. I had to do a little trial and error. The pens don't seem to hold up very well, but well enough. As long as you use masking tape on the finished product you should be fine. Good price. High Failure Rate. Two out of five failed where the wire was pulled out. If you need all five sets, better get more than one pack. I wouldn't recommend using it in a car where you go home when the bell rings. They helped me open the garage door and I only needed 2 of the 5 sets of plugs so I just threw away the 2 reflective plugs. It would be better if they included two reflective plugs in each pack to make it a brand and plug.

I have used these connectors on aftermarket fog lights that I have installed. I hate hard wiring harnesses so I made a wiring harness specifically for the lighting using these connectors. I was satisfied with the design of the connectors. They appear to be waterproof, but since the car these connectors are installed in never sees rain, I cannot confirm their ability to repel water outside of a car wash, which they do.
