Asus sent an email with a discount, which as usual was a royal pain. Instead of allowing online filing, they requested that the UPC and receipt be cut and mailed. After the usual weeks of waiting, they sent an email stating that the documents I had carefully removed from the side of the box were missing and my receipt was illegible. My check was printed on a laser printer. Well if it was just one time it would be one but there were two separate mail order discounts for two separate products. As for the quality of the screen, it's an incredibly weak stand, poor color reproduction and an overall poor screen. I would return it if the return window didn't close. 3-10-2015 - UPDATE I received an email to call them direct which I did. Below is what happened. I spoke to a nice Indian gentleman who said his name was Mike K. He informed me that although I sent them in the post the UPC codes were blurry and could not be read and I needed photocopies of the UPC have to send in codes. I explained that they wanted the original, so I don't have photocopies. He also told me that my Revain receipt was not enough. I asked who could fix this problem and he said only the project manager and they wouldn't talk to me. I asked for his email and he said he wouldn't give it to me, he could only write on my behalf. I asked to speak to the supervisor whose name was Mary. Mary informed me that the barcodes weren't blurry, they were fake barcodes and they couldn't verify my purchase. I indicated that I would be happy to email them a photo of the serial number and send them any missing Revain documents. She informed me that it should be sent and my argument window was almost closed. She then told me the Revain docs are fine except the username belongs to my wife but the credit card belongs to my wife and although the billing and purchase name belongs to my wife because my Amazon username is mine I can do not process the discount . .At this moment
