Vacuum canister will not seal tightly, allowing debris to escape

Broadly speaking, the vacuum is "OK" in most respects, except for one defect, which is pretty significant for a vacuum cleaner. The defect is that the 2- point mechanism for locking the power head to the debris canister does not seal the head tightly to the canister. When you got to pick up the vacuum you're aware that the power head moves first and then the canister, where you'd expect the whole machine would move as one.I expect that when the canister is pressurized fine dust is blowing out…

Amazing vacune for construction/to clean your car

This vacuum was an amazing purchase because it has strong absorbing power and also comes with multiple valuable attachments. Is a 2 in one it can absorbs water( comes with attachments to absorb water🤯😌 ) and also trash

This thing SUCKS - my new review

This thing SUCKS, no really it's super powerful. After I finished throwing it together (set up took maybe 10min, and I didn't read the instructions) I decided to try it out on a crappy door mat I had laying around, the vacuum sucked the thing into the hose. Fantastic shop vac and at a good price, I'd recommend the muffler for the exhaust, it really lowers the sound.

Quiet but not as powerful as my old Craftsman 16 Gal 4 HP 25 year old work horse.

I bought the 20 Gal 6.5 HP model Craftsman with the wheel kit because I heard bad things about the 16 Gal model (broken power head snaps, low power). I'm sorry to say that the same problems are carried over to the 20 Gal model. While over all build seems "okay" the clamps for the power head to the tank are a bad joke. There's only 2 soft plastic clips instead of the 3 hard snaps on my old unit and one of them had a snapped off clip out of the box. This is just poor workmanship. The top stays on

Used it for dust bunnies

I used this to clean up a yoga mat, wood flooring and some of my PC ( I do not recommend that but it worked for me). The suction power is very strong, it got stuck on the wood floor a few times with different attachments, the yoga mat got stuck on it too so I wouldn't recommend this for softer rollup mats, it works well, I couldn't see any debris after I was done. I moved it over a metal frame on my standing desk but there was still finer dust on the surface, it's not a matter of power I think,

Very Poweful for my opinion

This thing is RIDUCLOUSLY POWERFUL! We couldn't even vacuum the rugs at home because the suction is too strong and the attachment gests stuck on the rug. It picks up EVERTHING on bare floors and fixed carpet. Very happy with this!

Gigantic as gigantic comes, works as expected once assembled

I did have problems with the wheels at first too - just give them a good push/hit and they'll go in, but this thing is enormous. I can't knock them for that, as I could have measured it out, but double check the measurements because this is the size of a whale. As far as the vacuum itself, it's awesome, I don't notice much difference between shop vacs, as they all do the same thing for me. Provide hardcore suction and vacuuming needs. Really handy and lots of power

I really like this shop vac. It has a blower option that I use to move plant debris off a paver driveway. It works really well and has a lot of power so I don’t need a separate leaf blower. The only complaint I have is that the attachments fall off in the midst of use, while holding the wand. You have to watch that they don’t come off. You can also store the attachments right on the machine. It has a large capacity in the drum so you can pick up a lot of stuff.

Great shop vac - my new review

My backround is automotive for over 40 years, I can honestly tell you this is the best shop vac I have ever used It is a bit large but moves around really well and stores all attachments . Filters air well and is very powerfull. Internal bags hold a ton of debris and is easy to change

Works just fine. All screws missing. Casters hard to install.

Vac works ok. Some dust leakage around vac/hose connect point. No screws received. Didn't want to guess for rear of damaging platic. Correct standard screws are #10 AB 3/4" panhead. Had to do a lot of calling around. Craftsman says ShopVac makes the vac. ShopVac says to look on vac to find manufacturer. No manucturer listed. Finally searched the web for a hour or so to find the silly screw sizes and types. Best Buy gave me $20 for my trouble. Casters are hard to get in. Still trying to figure…
