great for 0.01g but not accurate for 0.001

display reads to milligrams but don't trust the last digit. After about 100 method tests with a set of calibration weights up to 10 mg, I found that the last digit is practically irrelevant. So keep in mind that this is a hundred gram scale with an accuracy of 0.01 grams. This is still impressive value for the price. Great scale for the money

This is a fairly small scale (4 ½” x 2 ½”) that is great for portability. The problem with what I have is that the lid is actually touching the plastic weight plate. I pushed him down gently to see if he needed to sit longer, but the lid is still touching him. I marked the edge with a black marker and took a photo. Very good value for money for a reloader.

I load my own ammo so accuracy and stability are critical. I've been using balancers for many years and although they're slow to use, they deliver good results. I've never been interested in the digital scales sold by the usual marksman suspects because their accuracy is consistent at +/- 0.1 grains.
