A practical product, nothing to complain about.

I do not pretend to be 100% objective, so I write as it is. I connected both devices according to the instructions, bypassing surge protectors into network sockets. There is a signal and everything works. WiFi from the main device (optical modem) confidently gives out over 50mb. The repeater in the far room is giving low speed. Conducted two tests in one day - no more than 4MB speed. There may be a speed limit on the optical modem on that port, something may be wrong with the wiring, but in any

Pros
  • works
Cons
  • repeater output speed is low

It was a reasonable purchase, will order more.

Has some pros: -Quick and easy installation -Price is acceptable - No need to install a bunch of signal amplifiers Has some cons: - Significantly dropped speed (From 100Mbps dropped to 30Mbps)

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

Throwing wires is not convenient, and you don’t want to mess around. And then I stuck two little things and everything works. By the way, they are smaller than it seemed in the picture. I must say right away that in the room where I am now writing a review - the wiring is old (aluminum), it goes to the shield. And where the router is connected - the wiring is new (copper). But the wiring in the shield intersects and everything is ok. No problem. Works as if connected with an ethernet wire…

Pros
  • Inserted, pressed the button on each block and forgot
Cons
  • Not a very good description. Although it's not really necessary.

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

Repair in the apartment is finished, pulling the wires is not an option. The router is in the corridor, WIFI does not penetrate through 2 walls to the back room. This kit solved all the problems with the expansion of the WIFI coverage area and wired internet. Movies on smart TV do not slow down, the speed from the provider is not cut, the declared 50Mb go. The wiring in the apartment is copper.

Pros
  • Ease of setup
Cons
  • You can not buy a WIFI unit separately. There is only 1 port in the wired block.

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

The Internet was carried out on the second floor of a 2-storey building. Down the cable was not initially stretched. What I have not tried in 2 years, and all kinds of routers and repeaters, and even similar devices of a cheaper price category. All to no avail - on the ground floor, the Internet caught in places, but did not reach the multimedia set-top box and smart TV in any way. After purchasing this kit, TP-LINK only needed to plug the blocks into sockets and press the Clone button. All…

Pros
  • - Easy to set up - Managed to solve the old problem of transferring the Internet
Cons
  • - Unstable signal

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

The situation was something like this: one of the rooms in the apartment was separated by a load-bearing wall, in which some kind of iron armature sat down, which did not allow the router to finish off the signal to the devices in this room. I connected the powerline adapter, I had to tinker a little with the instructions, they were not written very clearly, but there was a video on the Internet, it solved the problem. As a result, I expanded the old network (during the transitions between…

Pros
  • A beautiful exterior, a very powerful access point, no congestion with various buttons and features, transparent usage scenarios, network coverage expansion works with a bang.
Cons
  • Not too detailed (sometimes even a little contradictory instruction manual), which, however, did not prevent use. The price, of course, is also not happy.

A good balance of price/quality, recommend it.

With its pros: if it is impossible to lay a UTP cable, the kit allows you to configure the network in remote parts of the house (apartment) Cons: sockets are required to be connected to the same phase. If the phases are different, you have to switch in the electrical panel.

Nothing unusual, a normal product.

There is also a feeling that the products of this brand are leaving the market. Many varieties of kits can no longer be found on Yamarket (AV600 was hard to find - for some reason there are only 500 everywhere now), wi-fi extenders separately (which is more needed than a whole new kit) - almost the same; Gigabit instances seem to be non-existent in nature at all. Pros: Modest, clear, pretty, functional. I think all powerline adapters are more or less like that, I just chose TP Link for myself…

A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

It was not possible to play FIFA online due to Wi-Fi, I connected the adapter, connected the computer via a wire, the speed was on top, and there were no friezes when playing online. And what else is needed. I measured the speed, it was 45, it became 82. Some pros: Really increases the speed of the Internet. In my case, it doubled. Oh, and the ease of setup. With its cons: I don't know about the downsides yet. Everything is stable.

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

I took to replace the Netis PL7622 kit, which failed six months later due to overheating when working 24x7. The Powerlink part is both built on Qualcomm-Atheros chips. The speed for 220V was about 200Mbit one way from different parts of the apartment 60 sq. M. Netis cost less than five hundred wooden ones and could be not only an access point, but also a router with support for WISP, IPoE, PPPoE, PPTP, L2TP and multicast. (The router is built on a Realtek chip). All this functionality was…

Pros
  • +) Powerful Wi-Fi transmitter. Even at minimum power, it breaks from a closed room into an adjacent one. +) Easy setup.
Cons
  • -) No separate DHCP on/off setting. When enabled, if it finds another DHCP on the network, it turns off its own. But if it happens to start before the main router with DHCP, it will conflict with it. -) The price is high for such functionality. Actually, apart from transmitting packets over a 220V network and a WiFi access point, it can do nothing.

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

Technology will continue to be used. The adapters themselves are easy to set up and just great saves. Much better than Wi-Fi repeaters Its pros: Well, what can I say. The technology works! Very well pressed himself into the barn Wi-Fi. Now I don’t experience problems with the Internet even in remote areas of my site. With its cons: Definitely not a defect of the product. The technology itself implies that extension cords will not be used. And I use. But it still works! True, sometimes the…

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

Connection over copper and within neighboring rooms gave a maximum incoming speed of 50 mb, outgoing about 30 mb. To be honest, I expected the PLC to lose up to 30% of the maximum speed on the port. In fact, the loss within an apartment with good wiring is 50-70%.

A good product, but having its own defects.

If there is no way to lay a twisted pair cable to expand the local network (difficult layout, expensive repairs), then these devices can save the situation. The setup is not difficult, the speed is acceptable. Got pros: Possibility to expand the network, incl. wifi, due to the existing electrical wiring and if it is impossible to lay a twisted pair cable. Different cons: On one object there is a bunch of TL-PA4010 + TL-WPA4220 (2 pcs), and periodically both TL-WPA4220 stop distributing wifi…

Average purchase, there are some things to complain about.

Declared speed up to 600 megabits on powerline. With a symmetrical Internet of 300 megabits (300 to me and 300 from me, and not like on PON, where you will have 30 megabits with incoming 200 :) the first measurement gave 15/30 megabits incoming / outgoing. I was upset, but decided to remove the interfering elements (an extra tee) and the speed immediately increased to 25/48 megabits (should pull 4k video without outside clients). It's about the quality of the wiring and communication on it…

Pros
  • For two devices real plug and play. 2 Etherent ports on the TL-WPA4220 module (one for a TV set, the second for a set-top box, for example). The presence of a Wi-Fi module. Responsible compact dimensions (in all the photos they seem gigantic, but there is no comparison with sockets. Therefore, I am attaching a photo.) Web server for setting up wifi.
Cons
  • The kit comes with 100 megabit patch cords with 4 crimped cores. A speed of 600 megabits is achievable very conditionally. Lack of 5GHz wifi module.

It was necessary to bring the signal from the house to the bathhouse. The roof there is made of corrugated board, so the signal from the repeater from the house almost did not pass. Now the box is stuck in the bath and perfectly distributes wifi there. By the way, even though I have 3 phases and the signal passes through the shield with all sorts of ouzo-diffs-voltage relays, there were no problems, just find the right outlet.

Pros
  • Installation and connection "out of the box". Nothing needs to be assembled and configured (in my case). WPS and everything works

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

Well, it depends on the wiring. I have wires with a cross section of 2.5, copper. but they are scattered along different trajectories or something. That was a long time ago. I had to look for an outlet where the reception would be better. Well, it turned out that the outlet in the next room is optimal. I was hoping for a different outcome. The wi-fi repeater, in my case, finishes it off further.

Pros
  • Price, ease of installation
Cons
  • Works at close range

Be careful! Performance issues

The main problem is that the cables supplied are not designed for gigabit! which are marked as category 5e but are only category 5 at 100 Mbit/s. Replaced them with a Verizon OTN direct connection and a clock speed of 100Mbps. Plugged in my old cables and they were 800-900Mbps. It took me 4 days and more headache I thought I could figure out and that was for the 3 units I bought (ie 6 cables). I should have guessed that the cables were kind of flimsy. As for the modules - they don't work well…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Negative impression

The game is a game changer if you're working from home

Even if you're close enough to run an Ethernet cable from your router to your home devices, this technology delivers that signal very well faster (and without all those extra cables strung out). I am an avid gamer but also work from home. I needed a reliable and secure connection to every point in my house without running a ton of wires. However, I don't have to install anything. I know it's not the most up to date system, but I live in a place where it's difficult to even get through (because…

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

Works via 2 switch boxes!

Wow, I can't believe this actually worked! I bought this powerline kit to connect the internet to my art studio without having to run the cable through another channel after we connected the power. The price was right and while I didn't really expect it to work, I decided to risk it. So glad I did! My studio has its own switch box that is connected to another switch box in the house by a long wire. So this Powerline device does not work via one, but via two junction boxes. He works like a…
