The completion of the kitchen renovation has been delayed while we waited for the contact paper. Only to be very disappointed this morning when we received it. The contact paper was brown rather than black as shown in the picture. The rendered image creates the illusion that the shell and pen are mostly black. Does not correspond to the advertising image.

This paper is so thick and water resistant. The only thing I don't like is that when you unfold the cutting paper, the contact paper separates from the backing and bubbles form between the contact paper and the sheet. This will make adhesion to the surface more difficult as the contact paper will begin to curl and form bubbles on the surface. I only had to make small sections to prevent this. It's worth it.

Looks great! It is better to install between two people, one hold the paper and the other slowly separate the backing paper and put it on the counter. I bought two, a light and this dark design. Well, there are always bubbles here and there, and they're not that noticeable. Also, I suggest cleaning your counters with rubbing alcohol before it helps stop blisters and sticking. Great alternative and very cheap.

The length and width of this item is perfect for my kitchen island and countertop. The roll was long enough to cover both areas and not much was left. The quality exceeded my expectations and was easy to work with. I bought this product because I'm honestly tired of looking at my kitchen countertops. I first bought this kit which allowed you to paint the counters to look like a granite countertop. It went well for a while, then slowly started to break down. Of course it became an eyesore. My mom bought a similar product and it looked great and held up pretty well. So I thought why not try it.
