I like that it is easy to use. It has tons of features which makes it very flexible and gives you plenty of options for your business. All in one system is great because it also allows you to do payroll, HR, etc. so you don't need another system.
The interface could be more organized or easier to navigate but the features make it easy to figure out how to do most things. We have been able to track employee time, schedule employees, pay them, manage vacation and sick leave, etc. It's helped us save a ton of time with our payroll process.
