A conversion submitted and no payment after 8 hours, so i sent messages via twitter, because the support was not working. They where totally unhelpful insisting i use only ticket system, I showed them the error messages received after creating the ticket and still they refused to acknowledge a fault in the ticket system. Finally after 2 days a positive response was given on twitter and i was contacted via Email regarding my ticket. They then processed the conversion more than 58 hours later and I lost 60 000 zar. and all i get from coinpayments is ITS UNFORTUNATE. they messed up and admitted but refuse to pay for the error, customer must just foot the bill. They had the power to stop the conversion being that it was over 48 hours and in crypto a lot happens in 48 hours, but they chose not to
