Review on CoinPayments Wallet by Rubens Rocha
Very good and recommended
I have been using it as a payment method since 2018 and it always worked perfectly, whenever I had doubts about something I got a reply via ticket. I currently have over 400 reviews on the payment review system offered by them, so I can say that their service is good and reliable.
For me, there are only two points to be improved by them:
1. After confirming the withdrawal of funds, it takes a while for the transaction to be created on the blockchain. This action could be a little faster, as in some cases it takes more than 5-10 minutes for the transaction to be included in the blockchain so that it is possible to track confirmations.
2. Withdrawal fees are a little high, depending on the use to be made, it may not be possible to choose them as a Payment Gatway.
A feature that they didn't have when I started using their service was that the payment submission API did not provide the TXID of the blockchain network, which depending on the use, is an important piece of information. I even suggested including this feature a long time ago, but today that feature is now available. More recently, I also made a simple suggestion on the 2-factor authentication confirmation page, and almost the same day my suggestion was already applied on the page and continues to work today. It is very good to know that they are willing to listen to our suggestions and are willing to put into practice the improvements that we users suggest.
