according to my experience, this product was a total waste of money for my arts and crafts projects. I like the fluffy it keeps my feet warm on cold drafty floors. The fit is as expected i wear a size 9 and they are great not too large and not too small. I washed them and they washed beautifully. My feet always sweat, the temp is in the 70s but because they wick so well, my feet no longer sweat. I am a size 12.5 and ordered I believe somewhere around 12-14 size but they were just a a little snug. Once i began walking around I didn't really realize it. I did not buy these for athletic purposes. They feel real nice as well. This is ALMOST what the wrist rest should be. The fake leather one looks nice, but it gets sticky from just a little sweat, and over time the surface degrades. This one is designed to be more comfortable in use, and to hold up better. It is the same size as the other one, so it is a direct replacement. I really like this cap. It’s easy to use and I prefer it to my old cap which had to be plugged in - with this I can move around and go about my day while getting the conditioning I need. Only reason I give a 4 vs a 5 star rating is that it really only lasts for 20 minutes and needs to go back in the microwave. Overall, I like the coat, but made a few changes on mine. Fur on the hood: The hood is permanent on the coat, but the fur can be removed from the hood. It is held in place by buttons and loops. However, the fur is only fastened at four points, which is not enough. While pulling the hood up over the head, your finger can "go through," and it feels like you're going through a hole.
