I was worried a little about them being too small but ended up being fine. I have been washing in cold water and drying on low heat and so far looking good with no shrinkage that I can detect. This has been a favorite for my young daughter as well as everyone who sees her in it! We do but several sizes larger than fits her perfectly (she wears a 6, we buy the 8/9 so she has room to grow as well as length! It ran large, as I am a solid size 16, but I was willing to overlook that as I needed it quickly. So lost out on the "slimming" effect the cut could have provided. I only like 100% cotton, so these are perfect in that regard. These sheets are crisp and comfortable. The only downside is the machine stitching design in black on the borders of the top sheet and pillow cases. I bleach my whites, and that stitching turned brown and faded in spots. If you plan on using this for a photoshoot.sure, this is a good value for your money. If you plan on actually keeping yourself cool by FANNING YOURSELF, look elsewhere. Fabric is coming off of the ribs within hours of using it and the pin holding it all together at the bottom is a strong wind away from it falling to pieces. I bought this for my daughter to attend a daddy-daughter "Princess for an Evening" fundraiser event and it was perfect.
