I learned about these is Physical Therapy. Easy to use beware blue is stiff so you'll need plenty of strength for the blue. You may want to try a different color below blue to start out. I own a black one which is much stiffer than the blue and requires alot more strength.There are several exercise you can do with them. This is a very lightweight jacket that would be easily packable when not needed. I haven't tried it out in the weather yet. Don't expect anything warm as it is more of a windbreaker type. When i tried this new Premium Gourmet Cat Food variety pack my cat went crazy for the salmon flavor! The different flavors keep her interested and she always eats every last bit.
