Was a perfect size for all of my daughters inhalers. I was able to fit three inhalers plus the aerochamber and mask perfectly and still room for some other items. I love this backpack. My only issue is the pocket for pens is too deep. I have some of my markers in there. Sometimes it's hard to dig for them because there is also a pocket in front of that which I have some medicine. This makes it harder to dig for the right markers or pens.
