Fit and finish is great. Very positive snap into each position. However, the 12 terminal model won't work to wire an AC motor reversing circuit. An AC motor reversing circuit involves 6 wires and a ground. So, 6 wires X 2 positions = 12 terminals. NO! The switch only makes and brakes 3 wires in position 1 and 3 in position 2. But you need to make and brake all 6 wires per position. So, the 16 terminal switch is required. But even the 16 requires a WHOLE BUNCH of jumpers (like 8, 10?). The 16 terSee full review

If I could, I would give it ZERO stars for the product. Even after I had the problem with the driver window deflector on my '15 Chevy, I purchased another set for my new GMC. Same problem with the driver door but easy to fix now. However, I just took off my 2nd rear right door deflector cause it warped so much it interferes with the closing of the window.
