Fit and finish is great. Very positive snap into each position. However, the 12 terminal model won't work to wire an AC motor reversing circuit. An AC motor reversing circuit involves 6 wires and a ground. So, 6 wires X 2 positions = 12 terminals. NO! The switch only makes and brakes 3 wires in position 1 and 3 in position 2. But you need to make and brake all 6 wires per position. So, the 16 terminal switch is required. But even the 16 requires a WHOLE BUNCH of jumpers (like 8, 10?). The 16 terminal is a very complicated but cheap replacement for a drum switch. I'm going for the drum switch. I'll save this for a DC motor.
