I enjoy this. I’ve used it a few times since I work from home 12+ hours a day. I am plus size and was almost fearful that I would break it. I needed something quick and assessable. I’ve even gotten tired and used it while I was sitting. Yes, sitting. It still helped create a semi-burn in my legs.
