We're not using this as a bouncer.yet. I have a nine month old with Down's Syndrome. We use this to strengthen his core muscles by supporting him on the horse's back. I bought my 14 month old son these shoes he is currently learning how to walk so while wearing these shoes he kept falling so I figured he just has to get used to them. Well imagine my surprise when this turned out to be such a weird, powdery lipstick - it's not lipstick, it's eyeshadow! Honestly it's a pretty great little eyeshadow too. I'm 50 so I have to be a little careful with too many sparkles on my eyelids, but this is a nice controllable shimmer that adds just the right pop to make my eyes look bright & awake & cool.
