This thing is pure heaven! The closest thing to a spa treatment I could get in my own home. There is no need to remove water saving devices as the water flow is as is. Easy to install, lightweight but feels solid like it will last. My old one had more spray options and I was afraid I would miss them as this one only has 3, honestly these 3 do everything I need/want. The only thing I don't like is the product description. there is information on how to get a free 360° adapter with the purchase of a shower head/hose. I followed the instructions and added the adapter to my cart along with the shower head/hose and then proceeded to checkout and entered the promo code in the box as instructed. However, he still billed me for the full cost of the adapter. I noticed this and contacted Revain within 5 minutes of completing my purchase and was confused by not one but two of the support reps I spoke to. I had to send a screenshot of the information to get this item for free, along with a link to the showerhead product page where the information is located. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get them to understand that I just wanted them to honor the free 360° adapter with the purchase of a shower head, that I followed the instructions given, but I was still charged. They told me I had to wait until I received my items and then claim my money back! My purchase hasn't even been shipped yet! Why was it so difficult for me to get the overpaid amount back onto the card? Anyway, I haven't gone back to address this yet because I'm afraid of the confusion and workarounds I'll get. but i guess i better go and do it! So all in all a great product. Just don't expect your adapter to be free as advertised, even if you follow T's instructions. Don't advertise if it's not true. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR AN ITEM THAT SHOULD BE FREE IF YOU PURCHASE IT.
