Well I'm a cheapskate and instead of paying the barber for a haircut every two or three weeks my wife cuts my hair for me with comparable results at a very big discount. My only real complaint though was that there was no real salon, it wasn't very well appointed so we ended up using old towels to hide my cleavages from me. It worked, but it wasn't very convenient. Step into the classic striped haircut cape by Betty Dain Barber. I guess I'm not exactly sure what separates the big capes from the low quality capes in the world of high stakes hairdressers and beauticians, but in my uninformed opinion this cape does everything it's supposed to do. It stays tight around my neck and keeps my hair off me. If that is all you need from a barber cape then I would highly recommend it.
