No instructions included. It was very difficult to find out. It comes with some sort of adhesive that has a little guide on how to use it, but I borrowed it so I didn't want to mess with it. I used some drywall screws to hang it up. I have a hair dryer, a flat iron and a curling iron and some hair ties. It seems to be a cheap material, like a thin metal, but so far it's holding up normally. Put it about 45 days ago. Basically I was too lazy to return it and decided to make it work. It works well, but it's not my first choice. The silver color of the metal is very "bright"
