Dual USB Motorcycle Charger - NOT compatible with Fast Charge

Overview of Mroinge 5V 4.8A Motorcycle Charger with SAE USB to USB. I bought mine a few years ago and it still works as good as new. Apparently they were messing around with the color scheme as mine is similar to the "Battery Tender" products (green) and has been changed to yellow. I didn't attach it to the steering wheel as this device was also meant for the passenger (wife) (it has two USB ports!) and a temporary 8ft USB cable on my lap while driving would be a bad idea seems. I will not use my phone to navigate my bike. I have a TomTom Rider for that. Have you ever forgotten to download a route to your phone and lost connection in the mountains at 8pm when you need to get to your destination?</side note>We only use the charger when needed. , in this case I connect it to an SAE cable that is attached to the back of the driver's seat where my wife and I can charge our phones. ADVANTAGES: It charges two devices at the same time. A good display that alternately shows voltage and current. SAE Direct plug-in enabled device. In other words, it doesn't have a "tail". On/off switch to ensure you don't leave it on and drain the battery when you're not riding. CONS: This is a major con - this USB adapter is NOT compatible with the fast charging feature of our Samsung mobile devices (Note9 and S9). In fact, it can't keep up when I use the podcast/music app and route tracker at the same time. When connecting, the battery of the mobile phone will be discharged. The power button is tiny and cannot be operated with gloves. This is a good device if you mount it on the steering wheel and have your mobile devices always connected. I would not recommend a charger.
