Good company, cheap product
The hole on this urn chain is almost too small to even let the ashes into the urn - almost no particle was small enough to fit through the funnel provided. When I tried to unscrew the lid, the link attached to the lid detached from the lid, leaving the urn permanently sealed and unable to be hung from a chain. The jeweler I took it to didn't even try to fix it for fear of damaging it and/or the ash inside. Lovely Jewelry was very apologetic about the issues I was having with this urn, refunded my money and offered to help me get into the urn. It seems like a good company, but it's a cheap product.
