Bought these shoes for my boys when we went camping to use as shower shoes. Also use them as pool shoes (not in the water) and quick slip-ons around the house. They are quite durable and my boys like to wear them around the house as quick shoes. However, if your kids are younger, they may need to practice walking in it before they are comfortable. The first few times my boys wore these slip-ons, they often tripped just trying to keep their feet in them. Now they have no problem but be aware that if you have young children you may need to be close by to catch them when they start carrying them!
