That's a lot of plastic packaging. Make sure you have the right place at home for him.

Overall I love this plastic wrap and it's great not having to worry about running out of the tiny boxes of plastic wrap. But that's a LOT of plastic packaging in a very large and heavy box. You won't want to pick it up and use it like a small box. I hadn't considered keeping it in the home kitchen, but it requires it to be unused and used in the same way as a professional kitchen. Make sure you have room to place it somewhere firmly above (or near the edge of) your counters, as pulling and yanking the product will require both hands to get it right and you'll be able to have to pull it up and then smack your hands on the frame without tearing. Just think of it as used in a professional kitchen and the description could make more sense. I don't use the separately included slider cutter, but if you think about it, it might solve the tearing problem. The cardboard cutter that comes with it is really great. The foil itself has a slight odor, but this odor was only transferred to some baked goods when I lined a baking sheet with it instead of regular wax paper; it's perfect for everything else and seems a lot easier to unroll than regular plastic wrap.
