I kept my TA in a bag on the floor by the toilet because the previous owner of the house didn't believe in a toilet paper holder and there wasn't enough closet space to just tuck the TA in addition. Why didn't I keep it in the closet in the main closet you ask? Because I want to be able to access it when the role I'm using runs out. I also wanted to keep it off the ground and avoid problems. This allows me to store extra TP, keep it off the ground AND provides a handy shelf for essential items in the tiny space available. I don't have to drill extra holes in the wall to install the roll holder and I can move it around as needed. It comes in two pieces that fit together easily, with a small rubber coating on top keeping it in place. Its grip is sufficient to move the device even when it is fully loaded. Ideal.
