Review on Convenient Bedside Caddy: Bed Butler 2.0 Keeps Laptops, Remotes & Tablets at Your Fingertips by Bernadette Pacheco

God help you if it's not up and running immediately

. If you order this and need to take advantage of the free "custom equipment" they offer to make this unit compatible with other beds, good luck. My bed protrudes about 2 inches from the mattress which means the Bed Butler cannot sit flush against the mattress and box springs. The hand that goes between the mattress and the box spring lacks a few centimeters of support, which means that it slips out over time. I ordered a custom arm by simply requesting that it be 3 inches longer than the stock arm. The next day I was told my item would be shipped the next day. It didn't arrive after 9 days so I replied. They couldn't find any shipping confirmation, so they promised to ship me a new order next Monday (which they did) and included a free gift for my trouble (which they didn't). The item arrived, it was very clear they hadn't even read my request as that part was an "L shaped" acrylic sheet that just didn't fit what I needed instead of the longer flat part that I requested. By the way, I paid $7.95 for shipping. That's a lot more than the $3.07 it actually costs to ship the "free" item. Maybe it was a very nice $5 bubble wrap?

Pros
  • . I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Cons
  • . Lots of stuff.
