The water fitting is constantly leaking as the thin material cannot hold its shape when screwed into a tight fitting. The ability to adjust the handheld device in its mount is a bug. The ball joint is fully flexible, therefore there is only ONE head position in the carrycot - this position is determined by simple gravity. The connection does not occupy any other position. I'll be scouring my hardware sources next month to (hopefully) find the right parts to prevent leakage and hold the desired spray position. So I'm still having issues and just working to make the item work properly. Block removed from maintenance form - leaks drive me crazy and fine mist spraying required hotter water which increased water heater usage.
