I recently bought a knee pillow and it had a scratchy cover with a zip at the top. It was white and I liked it when it stayed that way. Only problem was the zipper came loose the last time I wore it so I had to give it away as I'm not a seamstress. It was time to get a new one and I still wanted it with a case and I saw this one and it had a side zip (plus👍) and the stitching was in the picture (plus, plus 😁). I read reviews - good and not very good, but decided to buy. I received it two days later and tried it out that evening and I was very pleased with the comfort and decompression I had in my back and hips. I sleep on my back now. I slept on my stomach until I spent 3 weeks in the hospital with my legs elevated, but sometimes I have to lie on my side and my knees are very bony and my legs are skinny when not swollen. This pillow allows me to sleep on my side and remove the cover without struggling with foam. Now I just need something for my "soccer" shoulders and I'm good to go! I would recommend this pillow for the comfort and price and ease of cleaning. This is no child's play.
