You are strange. Did you know that McD's straws have a fairly wide opening so you can suck a cocktail through them? Here they are, not far but close. And they're shorter than any flexible straw I've ever bought, from any brand. (and we've been using them for 25 years!) They're harder to sip on because they're too wide so you get more air. Not suitable for bedridden people. And they're harder to use because they don't protrude high enough out of the jar, so you'll have to tip them more often, resulting in more spills. The packaging of the product itself (as opposed to Amazon's outer packaging) was mostly flimsy and substandard to the point that it opened up and revealed about 10% of what we paid for. And I suddenly had to find a place to store a few hundred straws instead of using a straw box.
