Actually works with most "stainless steel " devices
Although the manufacturer says it doesn't work with stainless steel (and they're right - stainless steel isn't magnetic), most modern "stainless steel" are " Covered appliances are basically a thin veneer of stainless steel sheet over a base sheet of carbon steel, allowing these magnets to easily grab the carbon steel sheet through the stainless steel veneer. sticks like glue. Tried it on my stainless steel sink though and no sticking. So I think most people could use these racks for their stainless steel kitchen appliances. You can always check by buying a small magnet at the hardware store or just use one of those fridge magnets that you tape to the front of your fridge!
