I bought my pillows in March and they were great to begin with. Fluffy but flexible and soft. After using it every night, the filling has an almost permanent indentation where my head rests. I fluff the pillows every night before bed and wash the pillows as instructed in the hope that they will fluff again but no luck. I still use them but I almost have to fold the pillow to get enough head and neck support. Unfortunately I've been looking for a good pillow for a long time and thought I'd finally found it, but now, even after 6 months, I'm not looking for another pillow. I alternate between two pillows so I'm not really using the same pillow every night. When it comes to your pillowcases and extra pillows, they're great. But if you use them for everyday pillows I would keep looking.
