Waste of time and money. First ordered, damaged. The 'metal' they use for the shower head and pipe is very thin and very cheap and seems to dent very easily. I sent the first one back and got a replacement today. Damaged in the same place (along the perimeter of the edge), in the same way. I'm returning for a refund.

. It's light, with good pressure without removing the water restrictor, it's easy to clean and keep clean, it even doubles as a mirror. But the clip that holds the PDA in place is a little loose. does not detach but slowly moves to another position until it stops at a larger shower head. You will adapt.

Decided to pay $80 for it hoping the quality would be better than many of the $15 shower heads on sale. It was way bigger than I expected and looked pretty ugly. No problem but had to return due to low water pressure. I think maybe the handheld/rainhead shower combos are trying to do too much. Next time I will buy, I will only try the portable model.

We are very satisfied with this shower head. Our last one was plastic and didn't last very long. Spending the extra money on metal is definitely worth it! The shower handle is easy to remove and use. Flipping the switch between the shower head and handle works effortlessly unlike my previous one. All in all, this is a very great design. The only thing I would like is different water settings.

If you think you get a solid shower head and hand shower that have weight, you are wrong. It's really lightweight, feels and looks just like plastic shower heads. I thought they sent me the plastic version when I took it out of the box. The metal is so thin that it can be bent easily. These are similar to canned cookies but are lighter and thinner. Also, water gets stuck in the shower head and handset and you have to unscrew everything to get it out to prevent mold/bacteria growth.

I'm 61 and thought I'd have to wait for someone to install this but to my surprise I didn't need anything other than what came in the box! I had pliers just in case, but I didn't need them. I had no problems and when I was ready to shower there were no leaks and the diverter worked smoothly and it was very easy for me to switch the head the water was coming from! I've been using it for almost a month. Nice shower head, all metal construction as advertised. There was a problem with the hose I received with the device. Contacted the email address on the box and they sent me a new hose which arrived in 3 or 4 days. I would not recommend this shower head if you have low water pressure as the shower head is quite large and has a lot of water pattern holes. So many rain and shower head combos are just cheap junk. The first one I bought promised metal construction but was just cheap plastic. It's legal. Installation was ridiculously easy. It comes with a tool you need to install it. they just give it to you It fits perfectly. They also have a small needle to remove the flow restrictors and the instructions will tell you how to do it if you want. I ended up having to pull out the pliers so the needle didn't help much.
