Working properly

Just what I need to install an Intel 750 1.2TB 2.5" x 15mm SSD in the rear M.2 slot of my ASUS Strix Z270i Gaming. Don't forget to use a stand when installing the adapter board to avoid grounding the circuit board. The SSD will show up immediately in Disk Management as drive E. Outstanding technology and performance.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Some quirks

Great little card for computers and accessories

Great little card. With my Intel 750 SSD I get read speeds of over 2 GB/s and write speeds of almost 900 MB/s. Plug and play on my Z170 motherboard!

Pros
  • Data storage
Cons
  • There are flaws

Doesn't work with 170 series motherboards

It didn't work for me. I installed it on a Z170 motherboard, hooked it up to a SM1715 and it didn't work. I bought a PCI-e to sas connector and it worked like a charm.

Pros
  • Internal SSDs
Cons
  • There are new competitors
