Do not get hung up on the placement of the shelves before installing the basket, as long as they are all under the locking handle, you can easily adjust the height and position of the shelves after installation, it will most likely be easier.

Looks good but has a flaw. The top can be adjusted but when I tightened the knob the hose still slipped when trying to install it in the shower. This must be securely fastened, otherwise everything will fall down. I used strong double sided tape between the tube and the handle to make sure it didn't slide off.
