Stopped working after two weeks

Bought this dryer from Revain and it only lasted about two weeks. The LED on the hand sensor does not light up and the device does not turn on at all. Sent an email to Alpine support today. I hope you have a solution.

After 16 months

Keeps working but doesn't stop. It has a 5 year guarantee, I'm hoping to get a response from the manufacturer to send me a replacement or parts. According to the manual, there could be something wrong with the sensor or the software board. I decided to buy another one because it will be used in my restaurant's bathroom. If I ever get spares, next time I'll have a spare.
