Pretty flat. Maybe it's good for that elastic you like to curl into the crook of your neck, but it's not a supportive pillow. Not that I expected it to be difficult. I bought a soft density. But the filling is nothing. A little embarrassing because I wanted to put them in my guest room. I think it looks better in the photo than it is in reality.

All negative reviews are true. These pillows have virtually no support. It's worse than the cheap pillow I bought at Walmart. They crumble quite a bit if you put your head on them. They are mostly decorative. You can use it as a body pillow, but it's very much like a bear hugging a stack of blankets. I do not recommend.

what is that smell? I received them in a small box that threatened to burst on all sides. I smelled pillows as I carried them into the elevator. The smell is so strong. It's the smell of gas. I was very nervous when I bought these pillows because of all the reviews - very good and terribly bad. I LOVE MY NEW PILLOWS! Don't pay attention to bad reviews! Take the chance! I read many reviews before purchasing these pillows and only one mentioned the smell so I figured maybe this customer has a sensitive nose. I've been using this pillow for a few weeks now and I don't like everything about it. It feels like it's stuffed with what looks like a porous sponge and a clown wig. It's too fluffy/full and lumpy.
