This tool sucks: Hand tool

This thing is a piece of crap. The lining comes off on the first day. I'm trying to attach a bird fence to 2" x 2" softwood, but I only need to take 2 or 3 staples and then put in a binder for 3 or 4 staples in a row. If you buy this tool make sure you buy 3x staples so you can get the job done. I throw that thing away at the end of the day.

Rugged, Reliable, Just Works

You get what you pay for, and in this case it's good. I've tried a few different third-party products and gotten a lot of jams, lots of misfeeds, and generally poor performance. I have and am happy with my Arrow T50 (bought a few years ago) so I should have known better: just stick with the Arrow. My T25 went through 800 staples without a single jam. Love it.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

One of the many best hand tools

I've been using them as a telephone operator for years. I had several and gave them to my grandchildren. I realized I gave my last one away so I had to order a new one. Arrow clasps have always been my favorite clasps. One of the clasps I gave to my grandson is over 15 years old and has been used a lot. A little WD40 here and there and it works like a charm. Oh yes, the new one is good too. I look forward to a long life!

Reliable tool

I have used this for the last 40 years when installing cables. This is NOT for the 110. I also bought the T72 which has plastic 110s or electric calipers. I don't like the new one because it doesn't stick strongly where it does. I use audio cables for thin video surveillance cables. Take your time with this as you might cut wires, make sure you center each frame with this. (I have a broken cable). I would not recommend using t72 for cable (TV) wires.

Pros
  • Tools and housewares
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Just received and used on a low voltage wiring. The stapler doesn't get as close to the corner of the trimmed board where it meets the 90 degree turn, but it works very well on straight sections. I haven't clamped the wire yet, so this is a big improvement over using a flat brace for the wiring. If you need to connect low voltage wires, this is a good tool. The brackets are too small for ethernet in my opinion, although I haven't used them for ethernet. But for a bell wire and wire like thatโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hand Tool
Cons
  • High Price

If you need it, buy it!

Only a few dozen staples will run through this stapler, but it looks well made and has enough power to drive in staples. Can be processed well. I installed a security camera on the porch where the ceiling is a smart panel, a tightly pressed chipboard that is difficult to drive anything into, and the stapler drove the staples in easily. I just didn't dare to put any extra force on the cable or it could pinch the weatherproof Direct Gray Ethernet cable. I installed it a little harder than Iโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • No Instructions
