    they don't fit very well.

They looked like a pair I had years ago so thought I'd give it a try. They don't fit very well and if you pull the cord to tighten it you run the risk of tripping because it's so long.

    Pros
    • I like the look but not the fact that they run large.
    Cons
    • May provide limited ankle support

    Lousy laces, in my opinion

They seemed a bit rough at first, but once cracked everything was fine. However, the clasp that holds the laces is a joke. It basically weakens after one step. You need to buy your own laces.

    Pros
    • These sandals are comfortable and cool for summer. Very happy with them.
    Cons
    • They may not be as stylish as other summer shoe options.

    Good product. in my opinion

This is the second time I've bought Atika shoes and I'm really impressed with their looks and build quality. The shoes look good and are comfortable too. Very comfortable for everyday use.

    Pros
    • Convenient and cheap
    Cons
    • May not be strong enough to survive multiple seasons of hiking.

    Great hybrid shoe and sandal

I've always liked sandals, but I hate going out with mud and stones in them. And the worst part is tripping over them and making them fall. Luckily, these sandals offer ventilation for a regular pair and the security of a pair of shoes. They are great for everyday use. The only thing that bothers me is that the soles slide off easily and I have a hard time putting them back in when I take off my sandals.

    Pros
    • I like it. Very high quality
    Cons
    • May not be as comfortable as other hiking or running shoes.

    Love it. - My review

Really very foot saving sandals. saves a lot, especially on the front and back of the legs. I like it. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a life saving foot sandal like this. Thank you for the goods!

    Pros
    • The insoles ran out quickly, but with the gel it is very comfortable and good.
    Cons
    • Sandals may not suit wide feet.

    comfortable, true to size

I bought these sandals for my husband. He says they fit very well and the size he chose was right. Good quality. Seems like they will hold up well. My son said they were comfortable.!

    Pros
    • Good quality. They seem to be holding up well. My son said they are comfortable.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for those with foot or ankle injuries

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Is worth the money, but has a few quirks

Easy to put on and take off. Protects the foot quite well. Too bad it is not doubled. Takes forever to dry, should be more waterproof. It soaks up water like a sponge.

    Pros
    • Comfortable shoes
    Cons
    • They may have a shorter lifespan than other hiking shoes due to wear and tear.

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Okay, water sandals suit me

The length fits very little. They need a half size up I don't, but it fits well enough to keep. No bow support. Otherwise good shoes for the water

    Pros
    • beautiful sandals
    Cons
    • Sandals may not hold up well when exposed to water or moisture.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

In my opinion, insoles work best

I like the fit and the feel. The sock is good too. However, when my feet got a little wet after a few weeks of wearing, the insole would stick to my foot and fall out. I kept having to push it back.

    Pros
    • Very comfortable, I bought the men's as they are wider. love her
    Cons
    • bad heels

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

They're not kina, but they're worth it.

They are cheaply made and therefore cheap. They are very adjustable and large - I have wide feet. I ordered them in size 11 and 10. The 10 fitted well so I sent the 11 back. I have bought and returned several similar sized sandals that were too tight. The insole is removable.

    Pros
    • Good, comfortable shoes. Good traction, comfortable.
    Cons
    • Closed toes may be uncomfortable for some users

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Material felt really bad

There is not much to say about this product. When you wear it you know the quality and feel is below par. Also the elastic drawstring continued to loosen even though I only tested it for 5 minutes. Bad material and not comfortable.

    Pros
    • Use them almost every day
    Cons
    • SIZE ONE OR EVEN ONE SIZE UP. The legs are slightly above the head. Bad plastic.

    It's comfortable and fits well

I have another style of Akita closed toe sandals that I've been wearing for about a year. They're starting to show wear and tear. These new ones are big for their size. So if you're usually (let's say) a size 11, maybe go down a size.

    Pros
    • Above all, they protect the toes and are easy to use.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for rough terrain or uneven ground

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I liked the shoes.: my rating

I ordered them a size larger because I want to wear them with short socks. Thanks to the elastic drawstrings, they are very comfortable both with and without socks. And they keep my feet cool. I can absolutely recommend this shoe.

    Pros
    • comfort
    Cons
    • The closed design can't ventilate well in hot summer days.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Large! my opinion is the best in my rating

They fit well, the forefoot is roomy, they stay in place, they're protective and secure without being heavy. They are my new favorites. 🤗

    Pros
    • Yes, these sandals met my expectations. I'm still wearing them the first week of October.
    Cons
    • Not suitable for hiking in cold weather or winter weather

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not comfortable. I need a break in time.

I got this for my son's trip to Belize. He said it really dug into his knuckles and caused a lot of discomfort. He still has tracks. Otherwise they hold up well and look good.

    Pros
    • Comfortable and durable for everyday use.
    Cons
    • Sandals can be slippery on wet rocks or surfaces.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Good fit, good quality

In general I like the shoes a lot, 1 thing prevents me from giving it 5 stars. I wear them without socks and when I take them off the insole sticks to my foot and falls out. It would be better if they were glued.

    Pros
    • I wear a size 11 but these fit like a size 12. I returned them..
    Cons
    • Color options may not appeal to everyone

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

They hurt my heel when I put them on for the first time.

They are lightweight and appear to be well made. They hurt my heel the first time I put them on (barefoot). But I didn't break them at all. The second time I wore them I was wearing socks so no problem walking through the Pyramids of Myana in El Balam, Mexico. I bought them for wet/dry ziplining and short jungle hikes to the cenotes.

    Pros
    • They are very pretty and comfortable!
    Cons
    • They may not provide enough support for longer hikes.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    large for normal size

size large/long for normal US size and the sole is flat with little arch support. Water shoes from the same brand without tennis shoe soles like this one are the right size and fit tighter, why? Same price, same brand, different sole. It's like they're made in another country. What's the problem, a few wealthy American investors, owners who sell quality and a good name to make a dollar.

    Pros
    • quality construction
    Cons
    • not as good as advertised

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Big! Sport sandals and flip flops

Fit well, have a wide toe, hold in place, offer protection and security without being heavy. They are my new favorites. 🤗

    Pros
    • Expensive but decent
    Cons
    • Big and chunky

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Worth the price but has flaws

Easy to put on and take off. Protects the foot quite well. Too bad it is not doubled. Takes forever to dry, should be more waterproof. It soaks up water like a sponge.

    Pros
    • Finally bought it
    Cons
    • Sad gear
