My main issue with this product is the glass clips. These are plastic clamps with a smooth finish. No matter what I did, I couldn't get her to fix the glass. I ended up cutting out a few small pieces of black shelf liners (those rubber toolbox liners) to fit between the glass and the plastic clips. The shelf is now very secure, even when I intentionally try to move it. Pros: Looks good, cheap. Cons: Plastic clips need to be broken easily to secure the glass.
