Do not use for hair roots on dolls

I bought a hair root pin for my dolls. I can't use them. They are too big for my dolls. He plucks holes that are very noticeable. Not satisfied, but the needles are strong and strong. If you use felting materials then I would say a good buy. Not for rooting doll hair.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Crumpled

Not as thin as I was hoping but good and strong Needles

I thought they were as thin as fine clover needles but they are not that good for working with very fine details and limited space (I feel plastic safe eyes and wire). Rather, they compared it to coarse clover needles. They're great for bulk work, but nothing I've found compares to thin clover needles :(

Pros
  • Needles
Cons
  • Requires Socket

My new favorites

Despite my skills, I use a lot of felting needles. It was getting really annoying to constantly buy small packs of 3-4 needles, so I stumbled across them. I bought fifty packs of 40 gauge needles. They fit perfectly with all my tools and they are REALLY strong. I would say that in order for these needles to break, I would have to really try to break them. The felt detail on these is really great, not the finest but still goes through more than the average triangular needle (size 36/38).

Pros
  • Needlework
Cons
  • Big and chunky
