Don't buy this. It's not the same as we're used to.

Do not buy. It's not the same as we're used to. The components inside can't move freely, so the display gets stuck, so you can't be sure if your weight is over or under. Even when used in the same place, I have to tare or zero it every time I step on it. There is a number. Maybe I'll go looking for goodwill.

Analog is correct!

I needed a simple scale for home use and this does the job very elegantly! All you have to do before stepping on it is make sure the scale is zeroed. It's easy, just rotate the dial and align to zero. I've noticed other reviews complaining about this, I see no problem with that. Plus the best. NEVER need batteries! worked great! I've been using it to lose weight and monitor my weight since the day it arrived. I am very happy with this scale!

  • Easy to use
Cons
  • For the old

Good thing it has a calibration scale

The product is just amazing. If you're moving your weight on the scale during a weigh-in session, everything's on the card, even with a calibration disk. The calibration is decalibrated with each use. The numbers are too small. Value for money is good, but it's almost nowhere near the minimum required on the scales unless you're no longer worried about the difference in pounds and no less, which I was missing from the behavioral analysis. perspective when trying to achieve your weight loss…

Exactly but. for health monitors

I use this scale every morning to keep my weight under control. I figured that using a non-digital scale would be more convenient and the lack of batteries would be an advantage. After researching several options, I purchased this scale. Simply put, scales are accurate and have numbers large enough to read. However, I find that I have to reset the scale EVERY DAY before using it. To reset the scale, you must lay it horizontally and turn the wheel to zero. This can be a problem if you just want…

There is the problem of mechanical scales versus digital

I think these scales are accurate, although the "0 mark" changes every time you stand on the scale. The solution, of course, lies in the handy handle on the bottom, which you can use to recalibrate the scale. But does it have to be done every time? On the other hand, one of the downsides of digital scales is that they seem to "stick" on certain numbers unless the fluctuation exceeds at least 1 pound. With these weights it's different. Another problem is that apart from a few springs and the…

I would buy it again. but I hope I don't have to

Nice view. No batteries dying on you or fancy buttons you need to have instructions right at your fingertips to understand EVERY FUCKING TIME. You sit down and it shows your weight. And if you're REALLY lucky, it'll be LESS than the last time you stepped on a little box of Satan's spawn. Unless you want the numbers to get bigger. In this case, I don't understand what it's like to hope for it. Not even a little bit. maybe one day. But today isn't that day, and tomorrow doesn't look too promising

Pros
  • Useful not only for the intended purpose
Cons
  • For pensioners

Works perfectly. fits health monitors

Some things are just better without electronics and my bathroom scale is one of them. Think about it: To weigh yourself with a traditional digital scale: 1. Stand on the scale (to turn it on).2. Step off the scale (and wait for calibration to complete).3. Step on the scale and wait a few more seconds for it to display your weight. Some of them are finicky and fail when you shift your weight, forcing you to start over. However, to weigh yourself using a mechanical scale like this: 1. Stand on…

Inaccurate like other cheap scales

I bought this scale because my digital scale readings vary wildly with temperature and/or humidity. Based on the reviews on here I figured that was the real deal. However, after two months, it was impossible to reset this scale. At first everything worked perfectly. I turn the dial, zero it, stand on it carefully, note the reading, then stand up - the needle is now 5 pounds below zero. Touch my foot lightly and now it's somewhere else. Use the dial to reset it to zero and step on it - I get a…
