This was a Christmas present for my son who has been begging for a prize crane machine (age 6). we go to the store and he picks out the pack of D batteries so excited to get home! We get home, put new batteries in, and the machine does nothing. We have it laying on its back and insert a coin. Music starts playing! So we carefully put the backing that holds batteries in back on. Now he is even more excited. I carefully place the machine upright on a table. Music and lights stop. "oh no…

The machine is adorable but after two tries it stopped working and it will not move side to side or across only up and down. It was a gift for my granddaughter and I missed the return day soon after her bday they traveled. Very disappointing.

Very fun and well-performing machine. It works well for the little 2ish inch plush bundles they sell in related items, as well as little candies (think bubble gum, suckers.etc.) and now halloween toys and knick knacks. This was a birthday present for my grandson, which he opened up last night, and only used a handful of times. Today, both the left/right and forward/back gears did not engage. Disappointing! HOWEVER, at about 11:15 a.m. this morning I put in to return the defective one, and requested a replacement. It was delivered WITHIN 8 HOURS! The new one works perfectly (so far. fingers crossed!).EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMAZON! WAY TO HUSTLE! THANK YOU!

Forward-Backward stopped working within a couple hours. More of a rip-off than actual claw machines. Don’t watch the time or money!

Our grandson loved this! He was so excited. He played with it every day for a week. until it didn't work any more. 2 of the 3 controls continued to work, but the left/right control stopped working. We returned it (conveniently, thank you, Revain) and got a new unit which he loved. until the same thing happened with the second unit. What a shame.

Unusable - this was a Christmas gift and the disappointment of my grand child was heartbreaking. We could not get it to operate and there were no instructions or customer service number. Very dissatisfied. Item had to be dissembled to get it to work making it impossible to return.

I purchased the Bundaloo claw machine for a great granddaughter's ninth birthday. I put several different types of items in it; packaged candy, squishies, minature stuffed animals, plastic small dinosaurs, and erasers in different shapes. She was very excited to get it. She, her sister, cousins, and friends have a blast playing with it.My only criticism is that the music is loud with no way to turn it down. A volume adjuster would have been nice. Overall, it was worth the money.

Bought this as a gift for my son’s birthday. His party was yesterday 10/10/21. My son was soo excited when he saw this toy. He love claw machines. Very easy to operate. But after playing with it for only about two hours the left to right control quit working. Now we have a broken toy and no box to be able to return it since my husband like to burn all the boxes and paper wrapped after parties are over. Apparently this is a very common problem as there were tons of videos on YouTube about it…

This was great for our party and is now used all the time by my 4 yr old and her 7 yr old cousin. Was a great hit for the parents and aunts/uncles, loads of nostalgic fun!

Gave this to my son & he absolutely loves CV it. He put all kinds of things in it to pick up & has had so much fun playing. That's my review.

Claw machine didn't even work out of the box, the box was damaged when I got the item. It's not worth the money. It’s just waste of time and money!

The machine has been inconsistent as far as turning on. Sometimes it takes 7+ tokens before it will work other times works with 1. I’m assuming I have a defective machine? My children have been playing with it for the last 30 min having the best time when it is working though!

Obviously the person who had it before us couldn't set it up either. It had been taken apart because there is no way an adult can fit her hand into the bin to unwrap the dinosaur claw. The frame was cracked. I didn't want a refurbished toy for my grandson.

I bought this for my grandson's 4 birthday. This works great for small toys and candy. It does play carnival music, quite loudly. There is no way to turn the music off or down. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

This toy was awesome when it worked half way through Christmas Day . But the dinosaur failed to go up and down , new batteries were installed before use and batteries were changed when this difficulty was noted . Contacted Revain credit will be given , yes I will order another one, once credited . My grandson loves this game

Bought for my 7 yr. Old grandson for Christmas. He really like it, shoot we ALL liked it. Went to DG found more toys to put in it.

Very nice toy. A little loud and sometimes it takes two coins to get it to work. But overall fun. Kids would enjoy it at birthday parties. You can fill it with small pieces of candy or small plastic dinosaurs although it does come with 8 pieces of little dinos. Uses three D 1.5v batteries.
